Architectural drawings for New York House Dormer/Bath
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I require an experienced architect to draw up plans for a building permit. I intend to construct a shed dormer on one side of my house, and a bathroom on the 2nd floor of my old New York house.
Key Details:
- I do not possess the original architectural plans of the house.
- The 2nd floor currently comprises of two rooms connected by a stairway and features a kneewall on the back side where the dormer is planned.
- The construction materials should primarily be wood and drywall.
Ideal Skills:
- Prior experience with designing dormers and interiors.
- Knowledge of New York building code and regulations.
- Ability to design based on verbal descriptions and using older properties as reference.
A successful project will allow me to obtain the building permit required for construction to proceed.
