Architectural drawings on existing wood frame building

Hi! I am looking for a freelancer who can generate a complete set of architectural drawings for an application to council on an existing wood frame structure. I will provide measurements of the building, but no existing blueprints. I am not sure what specific design or renovation requirements the building may need, so I am open to suggestions and advice.
