Architectural design of villas complex in Bali
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
Architectural scope
- Full Architectural design in ArchiCAD including 2D layouts in AutoCAD.
- Scope includes full design for 3 x 2 bedroom villas (same internal design subject to land layout), 4 x 3 bedroom villas (same internal design subject to land layout), 2 x 4 bedroom villas (same internal design subject to land layout), 1 individual project for 6 bedroom villa.
- Architectural design must include all finishes schedules both internal and external.
- First, second and third row of villas to include underground parking. (First row is optional subject to fit).
- Fist villa (marked with number one on the layout) must include security and staff rooms in the basement facing South.
- All villas must have pool and roof top area.
- Main internal road on the south side to include staircase (optional).
3D design scope
- External 3D view and video of the complex.
- Internal view and video of 1 x 2 bedroom villa, 1 x 3 bedroom villa, 1 x 4 bedroom villa and 1 x 6 bedroom villa.
MEP and structural design works
- Full MEP and structural design including final set of construction drawings. Can be quoted separately. Final structural design must be provided in AutoCAD.
