Architectural design of a two lane bowling alley/two bed apartment/garage

Looking to produce drawings to allow for costings of a two lane bowling alley that incorporates a two bed apartment and garage. Leading to structural detailings and construction drawings.
original idea was for ICF panels but a steel frame could be used as I run a steel fabrication company.
