Architectural design residential building

I am looking to have an architectural design created for a large residential building (more than 2,000 square feet). I do not have a specific architectural style in mind, so I'm open to any unique and creative ideas from potential designers. How ever the building is in a heritage sustainable area. This means you need to keep the original appeal of the building. The building is existing. And I have some new design drawings available. I am looking for some fresh ideas. If you have any creative spins on the the design is what I’m after. Once he have a great design I would like the drawings to be functional in design and use to build. . The primary purpose of the residential building is for use as a family residence. We want a sun out door indoor feel. With Inspiration coming from a villa type building. We hav a lot of land to incorporate lots of land scrapping to achieve this whilst keeping the original building look.
I'm looking for someone who has experience designing both residential and commercial properties, and who has an eye for detail and creativity. The desired designer should also be knowledgeable in building code compliance and local ordinances. I'm very open to suggestions on ways to make the most out of the space while also keeping within budget.
