Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We prefer to build this 8 unit residential complex using 40ft shipping containers.
The idea is that every unit is a 1 bedroom apartment and they share common (recreation) space.
8 parking spots are required of which 6 of them need to be covered.
The lot number on which to build is 0043000240 - address 15440 40th Ave S Tukwila WA
The lot includes an 80 ft buffer from an adjacent stream. The buildable area is indicated on the attached as well.
