Project Title: Architectural Thesis Design Development & Presentation Package

Description:

I am seeking a skilled and creative architect or architectural designer to assist in the complete development and visualization of my Architectural Thesis Project. The scope includes conceptual development, design drawings, 3D modeling, and presentation-ready outputs. I am looking for someone who can not only visualize ideas beautifully but also represent them with architectural clarity and technical accuracy.

Scope of Work:

1. Concept, Zoning & Massing:

Develop the core concept of the project based on my brief

Site zoning and initial massing models to explore spatial organization



2. Area Statement:

Detailed and tabulated area program with functional distribution



3. Design Development Sheet:

A comprehensive sheet showing the evolution of design from concept to final form



4. Master Plan with Site Sections and Elevations:

Detailed master plan with topographic accuracy

Site-wide sections and elevations



5. Rendered Master Plan with Landscape:

High-quality rendered master plan with landscape elements and details



6. Individual Floor Plans + Axonometric, Sections & Elevations:

Clean, well-labeled floor plans for all levels

Axonometric diagram for spatial understanding

At least two sections and full elevations for the entire built form



7. Site Model with 3D Views & Renders:

3D model of the site and buildings

Exterior and interior renders showcasing materials and design intent



8. Site Services:

Layout of all major site services (water, drainage, electrical, fire safety, etc.)



9. Landscape Plan with Details:

Landscape plan with planting, materials, and circulation details

Landscape sections or exploded views if necessary




Deliverables:

All drawings in high-resolution PDF and original editable formats (AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Photoshop, etc.)

Renders in JPEG/PNG (4K quality preferred)

3D model file (SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or any agreed-upon format)


Skills Required:

Architecture & Urban Design

3D Modeling & Rendering (SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, etc.)

Landscape Design

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

CAD Drafting (AutoCAD/Revit)


Timeline:
I am aiming to complete the full package within 20 days , so timely communication and milestone submissions are essential.
