Architectural SketchUp Modeling
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking for a skilled professional to create a building model in SketchUp with a focus on architectural visualization. This model is crucial for my project’s planning phase, and I have specific requirements that need to be met.
- **Purpose:** The main aim is to visualize the architecture of the building, assisting in the overall design process and decision-making. Will use ur work for elevation and room planning.
Deliverables: Sketchup BIM models for Exteriors, Stilt Floor, Corridor and rooms, Terrace.
- **Interiors:** The model does not require detailed interiors. The absence of interiors should not impact the model's effectiveness for architectural visualization.
- **Exterior Detailing:** I expect the exterior to have medium-level detailing. While the model should not include textures and materials, it should accurately represent the building's shape, structure, and basic architectural elements.
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proficiency in SketchUp, specifically with architectural projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and visualization.
- Ability to work with minimal interior details while still delivering a model that effectively aids in architectural visualization.
- Experience in creating detailed exteriors without the inclusion of textures or materials, focusing on the building's structural essence.
The chosen freelancer will be someone who can balance detail with efficiency, providing a model that meets my requirements without unnecessary embellishments. This project calls for a mix of technical skill in modeling and an understanding of architectural principles to deliver a product that will aid in the visualization and planning of the building.
Note:
Stlit is the Ground floor.
Above it there are 6 floors with 10rooms each except 6th floor has only 8 rooms.
Each floor height is 10feet.
Do not draw furniture inside rooms.
7th floor is open terrace above which there is water tank which is not shown in the drawing but shown in the Photograph under construction.
Take into account windows as per the attached photo.
