Architectural Revit 2024 Designer/Drafter for Construction Documentation (Permits)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We need a professional BIM designer/drafter who can handle both commercial and residential revit 2024 projects. Currently, we are at the construction documentation stage with several projects and require assistance with:
- Creating detailed architectural plans (USA Standards and CBC code)
- Producing accurate construction drawings
- Generating material and finish schedules
-Plan Check Comments (full corrections with plan check response letter)
-Redline Sets to review and pick up comments
The ideal candidate or team should have experience in both commercial and residential projects in the US, and be proficient in Revit 2024 software and rendering programs. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines are essential. Should have their own details, libraries and be proactive to complete work independently.
