Commercial development requires the elevations to be freshened up (updated to be more attractive) and realistic renderings to be completed. Sample Sketch-Up renders attached. Material types will be provided. Need to include landscaping, people, vehicles, light poles ect ect. AutoCAD and Sketchup files available.
