Architectural Plans for City Permit
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Architects needed for commercial architectural plans for a project from scratch.Ideal candidates should have experience in commercial architectural design and be able to create plans that meet city permit requirements.
I inherited a small piece of land and I do not need to hire a Wisconsin licensed architect to help me with the submission of building plans to the city. My hopes are that once I get approval from the city, I can then secure funding for the project. So for now, my budget is low.
I have the land survey and I would like to put the following on the land:
4 story apartment building.
6 1-bedroom apartments
2 2 bedroom aprtments
1 3 bedroom apartment
1- Community room
1 elevator
parking for 4-6 cars
Will also need Plumbing, HVAC, Electricity, Natural gas,
These plans need to be consistent with the City of Milwaukee building guidelines and approved by the city of Milwaukee.
I am not aware of what is a fair budget for this work. Please let me know what the best cost is.
