Architectural Planimetry for Two-Storey Townhouse

I'm in need of a professional who can help me with planimetry for a two-storey townhouse by the sea in Italy. The project primarily focuses on architectural planimetry for a residential building.
Your task will include:
- Redesigning the architectural existant planimetry for one townhouse across two floors
- Considering placement for potential features like garage, garden and swimming pool (like where to eat outside, the barbecue place, the host room in the garage, the “painting atelier” in the garage, where to put the bikes in the garage too)
- Ensuring the design is practical, aesthetically pleasing and adheres to common architectural standards. We need 3 bedrooms for sure, because we are 4 in the family + an extra room to host family and friends (like in the garage for example or in the living-room). At last 2 bathrooms. We need a laundry. Our dream would be to have a kitchen island too.
The courtyard is 180 mq + the garage (= rimessa. You can find the measures on the old document).
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
