Architectural Plan for a 4 story Apartment Building Permit
Budget: $300 – $800 USD
Architect needed for commercial architectural plans for a project from scratch.
Ideal candidates should have experience in commercial architectural design and be able to create plans that meet city permit requirements.
I purchased a small piece of land Need to hire a Wisconsin licensed architect to help me with the submission of building plans to the city. My hopes are that once I get approval from the city, I can then secure funding for the project. So for now, my budget is a bit low.
I have the land survey and I would like to put the following on the land: 4 story apartment building.
6 1-bedroom apartments
2 2- bedroom aprtments
1-3 bedroom apartment
1- Community room
1 elevator parking for
4-6 cars preferably indoors.
Plumbing
HVAC
Electricity
Natural gas
These plans need to be consistent with the City of Milwaukee building guidelines and approved by the city of Milwaukee.
I am not aware of what is a fair budget for this work. Please let me know what the best cost is.
