Architectural Plan Designer (Revit)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Plan Designer proficient in Revit to assist with the construction of two residential houses on our property. The main house (160m²) consists of 4 bedrooms, while the pavilion (60m²) includes 2 bedrooms and an attached garage (40m²). The primary objective is to finalize and enhance the architectural plan in Revit, incorporating specific design elements and complying with Eurocode regulations for building.
Responsibilities:
Review and modify existing architectural plans in Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design requirements.
Create sub-level (crawl space) with a foundation to accommodate the specific land conditions, particularly the clay soil, to avoid contraction during dry seasons.
Develop the wall system based on provided examples, considering materials, insulation, and Eurocode regulations for structural integrity.
Design the building facades according to reference images, incorporating specific architectural styles and materials.
Construct a flat roof that incorporates photovoltaic panels and solar thermal panels, optimizing the use of renewable energy sources.
Resize the Revit houses to align with the provided PDF plans, making necessary adjustments while maintaining the overall design intent.
Enhance the layout and plan based on architectural expertise, optimizing spatial functionality and flow.
Create a curved pathway leading to the garage, allowing for the planting of trees in the middle to provide privacy from the road.
Design and integrate a swimming pool (approximately 12m x 6m) with a maximum depth of 1.5m, considering safety regulations, desired aesthetics, and any necessary structural requirements for the panels.
Conceal the pool house under the terrace area for a seamless and harmonious design.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Revit and extensive experience in architectural plan design.
Strong knowledge of Eurocode regulations for building design.
Familiarity with bioclimatic design principles and their implementation.
Ability to interpret and incorporate reference images and PDF plans accurately.
Experience in designing flat roofs that accommodate photovoltaic panels and solar thermal panels.
Attention to detail and the ability to ensure precision in all design aspects.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the project team.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
A portfolio of past architectural design work is highly desirable.
