Architectural Plan & Design

I am looking to hire someone to design an architectural plan and design for a residential property that requires a full set of plans. I need these plans to be submitted for permits and governmental approvals, so they must meet all criteria and standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential architecture and be knowledgeable of any building regulations and local ordinances that may be applicable to this project. It is absolutely essential that this project is handled professionally and accurately.

Floor Plans, Elevations, 3Ds, Complete Construction Prints, MEPs and take offs are desired. The candidate should be expert at or willing to learn Chief Architect software capable of doing complete construction plans and take offs.
