Architectural Master Plan for 12 Villa Development
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a skilled architect to design a contemporary architectural master plan for a picturesque development. At this stage, only a simple 2D landscape map of the project is required, similar to the image attached.
The project involves the creation of:
- 12 villa/vacation homes, each with a unique layout and design.
- Villa Configuration: 4 x 1-bedroom, 6 x 2-bedroom, 2 x 3-bedroom integrated into a tropical island landscape and surrounded by coconut palms.
- Common Area: A swimming pool and a mixed-use pavilion.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in architectural design, particularly for vacation properties.
