Architectural(Facade Only) and Structural design of G+2 service building with its foundation design as per Indian Standards.
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
1. The loads are to be considered for the G+3 framed structure.
2. Building is to be designed as per Indian Codes.
3. Wind velocity is to be taken as a maximum of 180kmph. This building is located in a coastal zone. Cover of minimum 50mm to be provided.
4. Seismic zone is to be taken as Zone -3 for the design purpose.
5. Bearing capacity is to be taken as 13 t/m2 at 3m depth.
6. The theme of architecture for the building facade should be based on Somnath Temple.
7. Walkway is cantilever projection of slab.
8. Ducts are provided in the plan, it is to be continued from top to plinth level. The detailing of ducts should be provided.
9. Projection in slab should be given in the backside to support cooling units of AC on each floor.
10. All other basic features of the service building should be incorporated accordingly.
11. Lift well can be planned in the space provided for the staircase, if it is feasible. This possibility is to be explored.
