5. Software to use:
a. Revit 2022, preferred. 90% or higher of the elements must 3D model elements (parametric) not 2D.
b. AutoCAD as second option.

11. Milestones
a. Will be two milestones, one at middle term to review the progress and another at the end of the project, to review and approved. Revisions will not take more than two working days (Monday to Friday).
