Project Title: Visual Renderings of Casitas and Property Enhancements at 1048 N 2nd Ave, Tucson, AZ
Project Description:
I am looking for a rendering specialist to create professional, photorealistic visualizations of my proposed property improvements for submission to the West University Historic Preservation Zone (WUHPZ) committee.
This is not a design job. I will be providing photos/renderings of the Casitas that I plan to build—your job is to place them accurately on the lots at 1048 N 2nd Ave so that the committee can see how the project will look in context.
Scope of Work:
1. Casita Placement:
Place provided Casita images/renderings onto Lots 7-A, 7-B, and 7-C.
The Casita on Lot 7-C faces 2nd Street and must visually blend with the existing streetscape (historic aesthetic).
Lots 7-A and 7-B are internal, but still require visual integration into the overall property.
2. Fencing:
Surround the full property (all 3 lots) with a wall/fence.
Use low wall in the front of Lot 7-C (to align with historical guidelines).
Use Barrio-style rusted corrugated metal fencing around the sides and back of the property.
3. Existing House Enhancement:
Add a front porch cover to the existing unit on Lot 7 in the rendering to show proposed curb appeal upgrades.
Deliverables:
One or more photorealistic renderings from the street view and aerial view (if possible).
A single unified image showing all elements together: Casitas, fencing, and porch cover.
Materials Provided:
Casita renderings or images
Site map or layout sketch (if needed)
Ideal Freelancer:
Has experience with real estate or architectural visualization.
Can work quickly and collaboratively.
Understands context-sensitive visual storytelling for neighborhood associations.
