Architectural Drawings for construction of small coffee shop

I am looking for someone that can do layout and detailed construction drawings for a small 16 x 40 drive thru coffee shop. Must meet code and include plan, elevation, electrical, plumbing and framing drawings for contractor bid. I have photos, and general layout sketches, drawings, and basic material lists.
