Architectural Drawings for a Two-Storey House
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am seeking an experienced Architect to produce all the necessary detailed drawings for a two-storey house that I am planning to build. You will be working from ‘amateur’ sketches of the floor plans that I have drawn.
The drawings required are, Front Elevation, Rear Elevation, End Elevation (Right hand side), End Elevation (Left hand side), Ground Floor Plan, and 1st Floor Plan and any sectional elevations that you believe are necessary.
The house has been designed to be built on a sloping site in the countryside – to incorporate the house into the sloping site, the entrance will be into the 1st Floor (living accommodation) and have stairs down to the sleeping accommodation (Ground Floor). On the outside, there will be steps on both end elevations, to go down to the lower ground level.
All drawings should be produced using AutoCad and be to the up-to-date UK Building standards and incorporate their latest building regulations.
Drawings produced should be on a scale of 1:50 or 1:20 on A1 paper.
Professionally produced topography drawing will be provided to show the slopes of the proposed site and a ‘not to scale’ drawing showing the proposed position of the house on this drawing.
I will be open to suggestions on how to improve both the layout of the house and the proposed position of the house on the site.
