Architectural Drawings for Ontario Basement Conversion

I need professional architectural drawings to permit a basement as a legal rental unit in Ontario. The design should be traditional and include:
- 4 elevation drawings
- 3 floor plans
- A site plan

The unit will require a kitchen and a bathroom, so these need to be incorporated into the plans.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Previous experience with Ontario building codes
- A strong portfolio of traditional design
- Excellent communication skills to ensure that all needs are met.

The work shall be in compliance with the City of Brampton permit drawings requirements (refer to Files for attachment).
