Architectural Design for Commercial Building

Job ID: 39417909

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I am planning the design of a commercial building with a total land area of 3,244 square meters. The building will occupy 70% of the land, consisting of a ground floor plus five additional floors, with a maximum building height of 20 meters above ground level.

The design also includes two underground basement levels, each covering 100% of the land area and having a floor-to-ceiling height of 6 meters, specifically designed to accommodate car maintenance services.

Space allocation:
-----------------------------
-Basement Levels 1 & 2: Dedicated to automotive service operations.
-Ground Floor: This level will either be integrated into the car service center or allocated for 4 to 5 bank branches. Some banks may occupy duplex units with an average total area of approximately 900 sqm, while others may take single or dabble level branches averaging 450 sqm.
-Floors 1 & 2: Designed as expansive automobile showrooms.
-Floors 3 to 5: Planned for use as an administrative and business center, comprising office spaces.
The roof will be designed to accommodate a solar energy system, maximizing sustainability and energy efficiency. Additionally, I prefer the building façade to feature a modern architectural design, incorporating solar panels as part of the exterior cladding to enhance both aesthetics and functionality.
