We are a small builder and this will be our first multifamily project, we have been building single family dwellings for the last 5 years and need Architectural and Design Assistance for this 2 Phase 6 Storey Mixed Use Building Project of +/- 250,000 sq.ft
Our vision is to bring some modern Playa Del Carmen vibe to our town with this project.
Architectural and Marketing Documents are required firstly to get some investors interested in funding the project and to get preliminary municipal approvals. The Zoning is already in place for the properties (DC1H - 6 Storey Mixed Use 90% Lot Coverage).
