Architectural Design Specialist Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a landscape architect with experience for the design of a garden on a rooftop. Please share references of landscape projects done. I deliver the ArchiCAD file of the building and the plot including GIS ref.
A 2D cad plan drawn by a landscape architect as in the reference document provided at request. The design starts from the existing 2D and 3D files available in the dataroom.
The work includes a professional 2D drawing, a list (numbers, name, product/plant description, photo, ..) of plants and materials used in the design. The 2D plan consist of floorplan, some sections and some elevations with the necessary explanation. And should be made available in dwg file format.
The design should be made with respect for
the infrastructure plan as most of the garden is on top of a building and has restrictions re design possibilities and use of plants. Dwg and pdf files in the dataroom containing detailed information and plans and principles regarding water management. (based on legal obligations)
the plant list as determined by the authorities and environmental agencies
The landscape architect is expected to integrate this restrictions and add value by the design and is able to create a special atmosphere and garden space for the guest of a 4 star plus hotel.
The areas are
- the hotel garden and the surrounding area within the plot perimeter
- the terraces
- the rooftop bar
- the spa exterior (3rd floor)
It is assumed that a professional landscape architect knows how to deal with this.
A 3D file printed as 2D is NOT accepted because it is not detailed enough.
