Architectural Design and 3D Renderings For Recreational Center -- 3
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello,
I am seeking an architect to prepare a full set of basic architectural designs and drawings for a recreational center development on site area of 4,320 sqm lot (90m*48m).
The project will consist of the following;
1. One conference hall (ideally 900sqm)
2. One café (ideally 300sqm) equipped with kitchen and washrooms and outdoor seating.
3. One gaming/arcade hall for bowling and other activities. (Ideally 150sqm)
4. One paddle court (200sqm)
5. Two swimming pools. Each 3m*6m
6. Associated facilities.
The design should also integrate landscaping, pedestrian circulation, and parking areas. The required deliverables are the following three:
• Site layout/master plan (showing building footprint, pools, court, landscaping, and parking)
• Floor plans for each functional space
• 3D renderings for visualization
The drawings should be clear, professional, and detailed enough to use for planning approval and as a basis for later structural and MEP design. Deliverables should be provided in PDF format for review/print and in editable CAD (DWG/AutoCAD or equivalent) for further design stages.
