Architectural Design For house construction

Plot size is 40*60 . east facing road side is 40 ft .back side i want to leave around 4ft for constructing sewage tank ( You get 40*56 for planning) ground floor i need 8 car parking, if there is space i need 1bhk or 2 bhk depending on space. First, second, third i need 2 bhk( approx 10*10 hall & bedrooms,only one common washroom, kitchen and one balcony) 3 houses in one floor, these house are for rent purpose, require original files.
