I'm in need of a skilled architect to develop modern, open-concept structural plans for two buildings. Besides, should be included green spaces into the designs, reflecting a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor spheres. (1 office and 1 home)
Your responsibilities:
1. Architectural Designs for 2 buildings:
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs for two separate structures. (1 single storey to be modernized and the other building to be designed into a double story home)
- Draw up plans which incorporate an open-concept layout, maximizing space usage and effortlessly blending different sections of the building.
- Provide for 3D models on both buildings
-Provide internal and external renders of look and feel for both buildings
- landscaping to be included and hardscaping
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in modern architectural design
- Previous successful designs incorporating open-concept layouts
- Design concepts
- Proficiency in 3D modeling
