Architectural Design in 2D and 3D

I am seeking an expert in architectural design for a crucial project. The task requires strong skills in creating both 2D and 3D designs. Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD is essential, as that's my preferred software for 2D design.
Key aspects of the project:
- I need an architectural project to enter the city hall of São Sebastiao do Paraiso MG, Brazil. The city hall requires that this project contain a 2D layout project with measurements of the walls only, area, dimensions, stating the level permeable area, square table, area table, 2 side sections, roof covering plan, location plan, facade with wall, facade without wall. If you need, I can send a random 2D architectural project that has already been approved by the city hall and I need them to have the same views.
The area that will be designed is 3 equal lots, with the same facade, I will send the image with the measurements of the lots.
I have 2 architectural project models that we would like to be similar to them, I would like the project to be able to create a gourmet area in the front of the house in the future. I will send you the images of the projects I want as a reference
And I also need 3d SKETCHUP with rendered views of the facade with and without a wall, the facade has to have some detail different from the other.
preferably Autocad and Sketshup programs.
