Architectural Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for an architect who specializes in industrial architectural design. The project is a small-scale project, involving the design of a single building. I am open to suggestions and do not have specific requirements or guidelines for the design.
The land is 0.9 Acres flat land, that has to be constructed and built from scratch.
The land should have the following:
- Drive way and vehicle park that can accommodate 20x cars
- 500sqm of the land to be used for the construction of an open space structure where factory will be done
- The remaining part of the land to be used for Stores/ warehouses and office
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Expertise in industrial architectural design
- Creativity and innovation in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in architectural software and tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to understand and meet the client's needs
