Architectural Conceptual Masterplan needed for a Sustainable Green Community !
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are a young startup with a mission to be a positive contributor to our planet. We are intrested in building A Sustainable Living Community Habitat of 5,000 houses spread over an area of 500 Acres on the outskirts of the city.
Please note the main idea :
1. The basic idea and vision for this project is to bring people back to where they belong - the Nature & Natural Environment and most importantly preserve it.
2. We would like to build a community of 5000 houses, in 4 clusters, each of 1250 houses spread over an area of 100 acres each.
3. There would be a Green Circle or Square - measuring 100 acres in the middle of these 4 clusters which would provide for all the needs of the community for it to be Habitable, Sustainable and also house the Recreational needs of the Community.
We would need Architectural Conceptual Masterplan and some Visual Renders currently.
Once we finalise the concept, we can also explore working on this project together in the future.
