Architectural As-Built Field Services Needed - Burlington, VT

Adaptive Property Solutions provides building documentation services throughout the United States and Canada. We're seeking resources capable of delivering as-built field services for commercial, retail, and restaurant spaces.

We have a site immediately available in South Burlington, VT. The preferred completion date would be before July 9, 2025.

Key tasks include:
- Perform local site visits to collect hand-verified architectural and structural measurements, including interior dimensions, exterior elevations, structural elements (columns, beams, joists, trusses), roof dimensions, and site dimensions, among others.
- Scanned dimensions are not accepted
- Collect MEP (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, etc.) systems information
- Capture required 2D photos
- The expected deliverables are basic sketches, annotated photos, and completed field worksheets.
- CAD, Revit, or other computerized drawings are not accepted
