Conversion of 3 bedroomed semi-detached house into 2 flats, each to have parking and some garden. Ground floor with bigger garden.
We have already looked into extending the garage and converting to kitchen diner for top floor flat. But feel better to get expert advice for the project. This is a UK project don't start conversing if not a UK architect please.
It could be that our plan is what will work. It could be that you could improve it significantly or come up with other ideas about entrance. etc.
