Architectual/ Drafting Services to Design concept for home renovation

We own a home on 5 acres in the Australian bush which we would like to renovate to double its size. We are seeking the help of an architect to plan the renovation to maximise the views on the property.

What you’ll receive from me:
– construction drawings for the existing property
– address of the property to see property dimensions on google earth to see topography
- requirements for the renovation, list of desired roooms in final project and general style
- pictures and videos of the current house.

What I expect from you - I would like three different ideas to consider showing different layout options for the renovation. The floor plans need to include detail, like the location of toilets, basins, benches, closets, basins, etc. The elevations may or may not change in the different ideas. So for each option, I need:
- a 2d revised floor plan on a scaled drawing that when printed in A3 has 1 cm equal to 1 metre; and
- a sketch of the elevations front, sides and back.

Therefore final deliverables are:
IDEA/OPTION ONE:
- a 2d revised floor plan on a scaled drawing that when printed in A3 has 1 cm equal to 1 metre; and
- a sketch of the elevation front, sides and back.

IDEA/OPTION TWO:
- a 2d revised floor plan on a scaled drawing that when printed in A3 has 1 cm equal to 1 metre; and
- a sketch of the elevation front, sides and back.

IDEA/OPTION THREE:
- a 2d revised floor plan on a scaled drawing that when printed in A3 has 1 cm equal to 1 metre; and
- a sketch of the elevation front, sides and back.

If we like one of your concepts we would then create a new job to progress to CAD drawings and modifying the design to fit with local planning laws and construction methods etc.

Payment:
The project is set at a fixed AUD 100, released in full once the approved files are in hand. This price is fixed so please no negotiators, this is the price as the drawings and concept are high level at this stage.
