Architect to prepare DA documentation for 2 x houses in Hamptons NSW
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 AUD
I am currently looking to hire an experienced architect to prepare, lodge, and manage Development Application (DA) documentation for a residential project in the Hamptons, New South Wales. The project involves the construction of two very large houses, each with self-contained sections and five or more bedrooms. Additionally, a third building will be attached to the second house.
Project Objectives:
- Construction of 2 large houses, each with multiple self-contained sections, including various rooms, living areas, kitchens, and eating spaces.
- A third building will be attached to the second house as part of the new DA for the second house.
- Existing DA is in place for a house at the front of the property.
- New DA is required for the second house and the attached third building.
- The design should incorporate communal living elements such as a communal eatery, fire pit, sauna, and optimal orientation for north-facing and south views of the mountains.
