We are seeking an experienced architect to develop a concept design for 300 sq ft studio apartments within a total available space of 3500 sq ft. The building can be a maximum of 5 floors and must include a lift. The design should focus on maximizing the number of units while ensuring each studio is fully functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Project Scope:
Conceptual Design:
Develop a detailed conceptual design for the 300 sq ft studio apartments, including layout, furniture placement, and efficient use of space.
Ensure each studio apartment includes a balcony, maximizing natural light and outdoor access.
Space Planning:
Optimize the 3500 sq ft space to accommodate as many 300 sq ft studio units as possible, across a maximum of 5 floors.
Include a parking space to accommodate residents' vehicles.
Ensure each floor has a common seating area under the sky, providing a comfortable and social outdoor space.
Design a very small gym and a 20-seater theatre space within the property.
Incorporate a lift to service all floors.
Renderings:
Provide high-quality 3D renderings of the proposed design, including exterior and interior views.
Renderings should include markings for electric fittings, plumbing, and other essential utilities.
Video Presentation:
Create a video walkthrough of the designed space, highlighting key features, flow, and functionality of the studio apartments.
The video should clearly explain the concept and showcase the practicality of the design.
Deliverables:
3D renderings (at least 5 views, including a floor plan, detailed views of one studio apartment, the gym, theatre, and common areas).
