Architect needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Have a design, need the fine details and CAD files, blueprints, etc generated. I have a SketchUp of the house (I used to design homes for a timber framing company,) but a once over from a professional to verify things like the necessary beam over the double garage door, fill in the rafters where the two gambrel sections of the roof meet, etc. will need to be worked out.
Also, this is a building designed to maximize space while limiting construction cost. I am a disabled veteran with a large family. This is why we were planning on pre-engineered gambrel room in attic trusses. Keep this is mind please. I would love to improve the design some, make it more attractive, but I must focus on keeping simplicity and lowering material and labor costs.
