Architect for outdoor arena

I am looking for an architect to design an outdoor arena for my property. The arena is small, less than 1 acre in size. The primary purpose of the arena is for multiple uses, including sporting events, small office . I do not need assistance with obtaining planning/permit approval. Prefareable newly architect at Jabodetabek, Indonesia
