Architect for Mixed-Use Development Design

I am seeking an experienced and professional architect to assist with the creation of a complete building permit package for a mixed-use development, which includes a restaurant and car wash. This project will require a comprehensive set of architectural plans that meet local zoning, safety, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, I would like the architect to provide 3D renderings of the site plan to visually represent the layout and design of the property.
Key Requirements:
Architectural Plans for Building Permit:
Full set of drawings required for the restaurant and car wash, including floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction documents.
Compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Coordination with structural and MEP engineers to ensure proper integration of systems.
Preparation of documents necessary for submission to local authorities for permit approval.
3D Site Plan Renderings:
High-quality 3D visualization of the entire site plan, including the building layout, parking, and landscaping.
Ability to demonstrate the spatial arrangement of both the restaurant and car wash.
Clear representation of the environment and surrounding areas to facilitate understanding of the design concept.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial architectural design, preferably with restaurant and automotive service facilities.
Proficiency in CAD software and 3D rendering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
Knowledge of local zoning laws and permit requirements.
Ability to create accurate and detailed construction documents.
