Architect for First Floor Plan Redesign
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
As I am seeking an architect with expertise in residential redesign, your role will be to transform the first floor of my 1800 sq ft residence, with a significant focus on expanding the living area. The key requirements are:
- Expand the living area: Given the need for more space, aiming to achieve an open concept look is a beneficial approach, even though there's no specific feature I want to incorporate.
- Expand the Open area
- Possibility for 2 room for rent(if possible only then can look)
Determine the best possible place for the addition considering light, privacy and flow.
- Reconfigure the kitchen layout: Create a kitchen space that is both functional and appealing.
The design should coincide aesthetically with the expanded living area.
As this project doesn't have a time constraint, you can focus on quality planning and execution.
