Architect to finalise building design - small contemporary eco home on hillside forrest

Looking to play around and finalise a design concept I have been working with on ArcSite app (attached). Two bedrooms with ensuite in both. Communal area with kitchen, island bench, dining area and lounge separating rooms. Single rake roof or scallion high ceiling with use of large aluminium glass sliding doors and windows throughout to allow for opening of entire house and connecting of outdoor space with rooms and living areas when desired. Lots of light and airflow would consider a skylight over kitchen island/ dining area. Would like to incorporate a common toilet if possible with the plan. Limited building space due to slope of land so main building dimensions need to be conservative as shown. Can be slightly larger than shown if entirely necessary. Adding of deck can be cantilevered or supported from footings with 45 degree suports to help with footprint of building due to slope. Footings will be concrete piles with fixtures to attach steel frame. Aiming for main framework to be structural steel, timber framed walls with colourbond cladding but open to suggestions. Roof to cover entire decking to allow for roll down screens to enclose outside area. Would like to play with a 2m deck off to the right side of the building to be covered by roof structure also. White walls with a cladded timber ceiling and timber look vinyl plank flooring. Building in subtropical forrest area so insulation and airflow very necessary.
