Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced Architect, Landscape Architect, Ecological Planner, or Nature Resort Designer who has previously worked on nature resorts, eco-tourism destinations, forest retreats, wilderness lodges, conservation parks, botanical parks, regenerative landscapes, or plantation-integrated developments.
This is a unique project where architecture, ecology, plantations, biodiversity, water systems, and visitor experience must be integrated into a single master plan.
Project Scope
The selected consultant will be responsible for developing a comprehensive master plan for a large nature-focused destination that includes:
Plantation and forest integration
Nature trails and walking circuits
Eco-sensitive accommodation concepts
Nature resort planning
Wellness and retreat zones
Waterbody integration
Biodiversity enhancement zones
Visitor experience design
Sustainable mobility planning
Viewpoint and landscape planning
Environmental interpretation areas
Low-impact infrastructure planning
Revenue-generating eco-tourism components
The objective is to create a destination that feels like a natural forest ecosystem rather than a conventional resort.
