Architect/designer to create plans for use in permitting for small retail space
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am looking for help in drafting plans for a small commercial space and for permitting, located in Covington, WA. Local experience is a plus.
It's 2043sq ft total and most of the space I can use as-is. Looking to make small adjustments to the existing offices, and add a few treatment rooms, 1-2 personal shower rooms and a laundry/storage space.
The concept for the business is infrared sauna studio, and each room would need 240V electrical outlets to provide power for the units.
I've included the as-builts and my rough drawing to give the general idea.
