Looking for an experienced architect or civil engineer to design a 1400 sq ft beach house based on owner's ideas. Produce detailed plan suitable for permitting. Must meet local codes.
House will be on PILINGS/ELEVATED. Must have experience with this type of building. Need full drawing set including source files for framing, elevation, foundation, roofing, conceptual MEP, doors and window schedule and materials list.
Prefer work done using Revit or Chief Architect.
