Architect/Surveyor - graphically subdivide this plot of land into 2 according to specifications
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
Architect/Surveyor/Draftsman - Please graphically subdivide this plot of land into 2 according to specifications. I have attached a photo of the plot as well as all measurements below in Meters (metric measurements)
Each lot should have 15m frontage but not equal m2 square meterage size. The government planning permit requires each plot to have 15m of total frontage. If that makes sense thank you feel free to ask any questions
The "Frontage" of the land, is the bottom part, I need the plot graphically subdivided into 2 plots of land basically down the middle, so that the "Frontage" is 15m wide for each plot.
Its the 32rd plot, shown below, with a 30m total frontage. I will need the end 2 plots each to have a 15m frontage when subdivided.
When subdivided , i also need a m2|sqaure meterage calculation of how big each plot will be.
The next job after this will be placing my desired floorplans on the plots, paid as well of course
