Architect & Structural Engineer to redraw completed plans for City - Need Wet Stamp - Must be in California

I really need help. I'm a single Senior and have plans drawn and at the city. They said no to the plans. I have everything accept they were not drawn by someone in CA. I have plans drawn and completed but the City of Santa Clarita would not accept because the person is not in CA. They need a wet stamp on every page. I love the plans. I just need them copied and stamped? I also need them ASAP
I also need a Licensed Structural engineer to do the same. BID only IF YOUR LICENSED IN CA preferably Los Angeles, CA
