Architect and Structural Engineer needed

We are a small engineering consulting firm and we are doing a design project for a storage building to be upgraded to a residential unit.

We have existing design (in revit files) and need a freelancer's help to continue and improve on it as the house owner will have comments as we go along the progress of the project.

Preferably we want someone who has good skills in both architecture and structural engineering. But if you can only do either one, please let us know and we will suit the budget accordingly.

Requirement:
- Architect with Structural Engineering knowledge
- Familiar with Eurocode and UK Design Code
- Proficient in Revit

Deliverables:
- Architectural Drawings Plans
- Structural Drawings Plans and Details
- Basic Plumbing / Drainage Plans & Details
- Structural Design Calculation
