Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced architect to design an efficient and upscale dental practice located in World Trade Center Santo Domingo. The space available for the practice is 127 square meters, and we will provide the floor plans upon hiring.
This dental practice, will serve as the second branch focusing on selective clientele or dental tourists. As there is a common reception area available at the mall and staff have access to mall areas, the design should not include a large reception area or a dedicated staff area. Instead, the focus should be on creating an efficient layout that prioritizes medical processes and caters to upscale clientele.
The design should adhere to best dental practices and include the following areas:
Treatment Rooms: Equipped with state-of-the-art dental equipment and designed for comfort and privacy.
Consultation Area: A space for discussing treatment plans and procedures with patients.
Sterilization Room: Dedicated area for sterilizing equipment and maintaining cleanliness.
Storage Area: To store dental supplies and equipment efficiently.
Bathroom: A reduced space specifically for brushing teeth, as the mall has public restrooms available.
Infrastructure Design: Incorporation of pipes, cables, and other essential infrastructure elements required for dental equipment and operations.
The architect should consider efficiency, functionality, aesthetics, and the specific needs of an upscale dental practice catering to selective clientele. The design should also comply with building codes and regulations.
If you have experience in designing dental practices and can deliver a design that meets these requirements, we encourage you to apply.
Please include your portfolio showcasing previous dental practice designs or similar projects.
We look forward to working with a talented architect to bring our vision for this Dental Practice to life.
