Architect Needed for Stilt + 4 Plan Tweaks

I'm seeking an architect to refine the interior layout of my existing Stilt + 4 floor plan, with a focus on the living room. The edits won't be structural but rather adjustments to adjust the interior layout to make it fit in available FAR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert architectural guidance on the current floor plan
- Make minor edits to the interior layout, primarily in the living room
- Ensure the modifications maintain structural integrity and comply with building standards
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in architectural design and floor plan modifications
- Excellent understanding of interior design principles
- Ability to work with existing structural plans
