Architect Needed for Single-Family Home Design

I'm currently experiencing an overflow of design work for residential homes in NZ and need an architect experienced with ArchiCAD to help. The projects include complete new builds, renovations and remodels, often involving significant structural modifications. I am need of concept changes to existing designs and technical detailing this will be on going work.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- FAST turnaround or can meet deadlines
- Proficient in ArchiCAD, can use our existing template.
- Experienced in designing residential homes
- Knowledgeable about structural modifications
- Creative with interior design and layout changes
- Ideally Familiar with New zealand building code
- Ideally can draw construction details
